We are living in the home of our dreams thanks to Richard Bisaillon. He worked with us every step of the way from researching and showing multiple homes to finding and purchasing this one. He handled all the negotiations with the seller in a professional manner. His knowledge and experience were essential as we went through the home inspection and due diligence process. He helped us overcome a deficient appraisal that would otherwise have caused us to loose the home. He worked with the lender to arrange a new appraisal and helped provide comparables. There were some minor issues that came up after the closing and Richard stayed with us to resolve them with the seller. On top of everything, he is a wonderful human being. If you are looking for your dream home, Richard is the realtor you want on your side. Highly recommended.

Very very helpful put himself out 100 percent to get the sale great guy highly recommend him he even helped us dig up the sewer plant to find it for the inspection allways returned calls got us lots of leads said it should sell within 3 months and it did call this guy if you want to sell your home

He knew what to do at each turn when things did not go as we expected.
Richard was very easy to work and always stayed charm.
I really like working with people who do not get emotional when things
look bad.

My renters moved out and I needed to get the house back on the market and rented as soon as possible. I contacted Richard and he was nothing short of amazing. He gave me a realistic expectation as to how much I could get for it in the current market and I could not believe how fast he worked and how hard (the house rented in six days)! He did all of the legwork; I didn’t have to do a single thing. He met with the renters, got the keys, took photos, posted my house on the Internet and made a YouTube video showcasing the house. Wow. Talk about service! I have worked for Disney, Fox, Pixar, and DreamWorks, and am used to cutting edge technology so I was very impressed that Richard had such up-to-date technological skills. He made it so easy to complete the paperwork by using electronic signature documents. I didn’t expect that that level of service and technology in leasing my house.
I am so appreciative of Richard’s considerable knowledge of the current market because that, coupled with his use of social media, got my house leased in record time. And he got me great renters, they pay on time every time. Would not hesitate to use him again.

First let me say the lot we purchased had been listed on the MLS with Richard for several years. Does that tell you anything? We did not have an agent representing us and used Richard because he was the listing agent. When we made an offer on the lot, Richard simply responded by phone to say the sellers had not accepted our offer. He did not bring us a counter offer or offer to return our $100 deposit. I have had lots of real estate experience and was not willing to miss getting the lot. After several days I asked what problem the sellers had with our offer. He told me the (unreasonable) things they wanted, (e.g. 10% interest to hold a mortgage for 2 years). I made a counter offer which they also refused. Again I had to inquire as to what they had wanted differently. He had not tried to put together an offer acceptable to both them and us. I made a third offer which was similar to what they wanted the last time (they had finally agreed to the interest rate I had offered but wanted more money down than I initially had to offer). I was finally able to make an amended offer which he presented to them at my request, and the offer was accepted.
As a note, the same people own another lot two lots from mine which has also been listed for several years, and Richard is also the listing realtor. I think Richards lack of aggressiveness & diligence in doing his job is probably the primary reason these lots have sat for so long. Yes, the sellers have had unrealistic demands because they paid for the lots when prices were at an extreme high and are having to lose money, but Richard does not work at putting together a compromise deal and trying to get a deal to closed. He only sold this lot to me because I would not allow it to die.

The sellers and I thank the buyer for buying the waterfront lot after three offers were made. The buyer's first offer was absurdly low. On top of that, the buyer proposed owner financing at 0% interest. The sellers rejected that offer outright. The sellers did not make a counteroffer. The second offer was also very unreasonable. Finally, the buyer's third offer was for a price and with terms that were realistic. We were then able to negotiate a fair contract for all parties.

I have confidence in Richard to be fair, honest, and hard working doing all he can to facilitate the sale of my home. He has publicized the home, held open houses, done a top realtors' tour and been available anytime I have contacted him.
